Chef Joseph Caputo To Offer Italian Cooking Demonstration at Steamtown Mall Tues., April 2nd

Bestselling author Adriana Trigiani is the first speaker in the 2013 Matthew F. Flynn Library Lecture Series. Her talk will take place on Thursday, April 18, at 7 PM at the Scranton Cultural Center.

Because Ms. Trigiani has also published a cookbook, Cooking with My Sisters: One Hundred Years of Family Recipes from Bari to Big Stone Gap, LCLS is hosting an Italian cooking demonstration. Chef Joseph Caputo will cook and talk about his experiences in Italy on Tuesday, April 2, at 6:30 PM at the Mall at Steamtown.
