Help continue to bring outstanding speakers to Lackawanna County by considering becoming a donor to The Library Lecture Society.

Since 2005, the Lackawanna County Library System has been dedicated to bringing outstanding speakers to present at its Lecture Series.  Past speakers have included David McCullough, the late Charlie Wilson, Salman Rushdie, Henry Winkler, Fran Lebowitz, Michio Kaku, and Adriana Trigiani.

Funding for the Lecture Series is made possible through various funds and grants, and we would like to make it open to individual donors as well.  Benefits for becoming a member include advance notice of upcoming speakers, help in selecting future speakers, and invitations to pre-lecture receptions.
